This lodge has no current active business at this time but has all the key elements to restart. Has direct assess frontage on Talachulitna River, famous for it excellent clear water fishing for all types of salmon, trout and also for hunting. This property is slope down to the river with mostly heavy tree coverage except for the cleared area around the improvements.

The main lodge building has a total of 3,600 sq. ft log construction has 2 levels w/ open decks on south end facing the river. Built in 1986, post & beam foundation, metal roof. First level has large open wood deck, great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, office area, dinning area, kitchen area, bathroom, hard wood flooring. Loft has 1,344 sq. ft. hugh open living area and one bedroom.
Duplex Log building was built in 1986 has 600 sq. ft. log construction, metal roof, post and beam foundation. Each side has 2 beds a sitting area a bathroom with shower, heated with wood stove. Wood walkway around building.
Generator Building - wood frame all open, post and beam foundation and metal roof. Currently has no generator.
Log Cabin Building has approximately 300 sq. ft. log construction built around 1980, metal roof, post and beam foundation. Equipped with 2 beds a sitting area a bathroom with shower, heated with wood stove and a cover front porch.
Wood Framed Cabins - 2 each that are identical, approximately 250 sq. ft. each, are wood framed, built around mid 1970's, metal roof, post and beam foundation. Equipped with 2 beds a sitting area a bathroom with shower, heated with wood stove
Wash House - approximately 750 sq. ft., wood framed, built around mid 1970's, metal roof, post and beam foundation. Insulated. First level has two large individual bathrooms with sauna. Second level is currently used as storage.
Remote location on the Talachulitna River is 75 miles northwest of Anchorage. Access by boat or float plane in summer and snow machine or ski plane in the winter.
