The Saline River Bottoms timberland property is located approximately six miles north of Warren, Arkansas via U.S. Highway 63. This turnkey timber investment and recreational property is compromised of approximately 926 contiguous acres of bottomland hardwood and pine timber with the Saline River acting as the entire eastern border. This diverse property has everything from bottomland oaks and cypress stands to hilltop pine stands with an extensive trail system connecting approximately 10 established deer stands and approximately eight food plots with plenty of room for additional deer stands and improvements. This timber was cruised in January 2019 by T&S Sawmill Inc. who provided an estimated timber volume of 3,950 tons of Oak saw timber; 1,315 tons of mixed hardwood logs, and 20,280 tons of hardwood pulpwood. The pine timber was cut and replanted February 2019.
