Around Lake City you will find many different outdoor recreation opportunities from the Osceola National Forest, Stephen Foster State Park, Alligator Lake, Suwannee River, Falling Creek Falls, and the world famous crystal clear Ichetucknee River and Springs. A great place to go tubing on a hot summer day.
At Suwannee Valley Farms you will find 41 beautiful five to ten acre estates. Some of the properties are in pasture grass and others are nicely wooded in oak trees. Each property has ample paved road frontage and underground electricity is available to the front of each lot at no cost to the buyer. There is no requirement or timetable to build.
