This diverse tract contains 630 acres more or less and will appeal to both the cattle producer and row-crop operator. According to the FSA map, there are approximately 436 acres currently in tillable production with most of the balance containing approximately 75 acres of pasture and 84 acres of mostly native hay meadow. This is a rolling parcel with multiple waterways providing good drainage with some of them being hay able. On the east side of the property is an enclosed 40 X 30 metal building for the storage of equipment, mineral, etc. There's also a pipe catch-pen on the east side of the pasture portion with a water well adjacent. Once again, we have a parcel with the convenience of pavement frontage and nearby grain markets.
This property sells subject to a wind lease. The Seller's mineral and wind interests transfer to the Buyer.
Possession will be at closing with the Buyer receiving the 2019 soybean crop.
If you have questions regarding regulations of the feedlot, you can contact Tamera Teeter with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment at (785) 201-4686. For general questions regarding the wind lease, you can contact Trina Green at (913) 953-5260.
