An additional nice "PLUS", that insures no future homes will be built behind this property.... is that there's a seldom used rail spur back there that's mostly used for parking inactive cars. Line never gets used at night or on weekends, and at maximum, maybe 5 minutes PER WEEK total. It's a good thing!
