This is Yellowstone country. The 35 acre property is located in the northwestern region of Wyoming, bordering the Montana state line, and about 90 minutes from the famous Yellowstone National Park. This location has a lot of things to offer, whether it is recreation or relocation you have in mind. This area is known for great hunting, fishing, hiking, horse backing and a long list of other outdoor fun available to everyone. If you can think of it, then you can probably find it here. There are a handful of colorful towns within 12 to 50 miles from the properties here, each with a little something different than the next town. Property offers some beautiful mountain views. These are the Beartooth Mountains, look them up on Google if you have a few minutes. There is a nice stretch of river that flows out of these mountains and comes within a few miles of the properties here. I have hiked, biked and 4wheeled in these mountain and have been blown away by the terrain and gorgeous landscape they offer. The Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River flowing by is also a great stretch of water for fishing and kayaking in the canyon nearby.

If you are looking for something fairly remote without having to travel all day to get to town for things, then this might be the perfect fit for you. Some folks feel this area is a little dry, but I personally like that especially in the winter when you want to get in and out of the properties here.

Lying between the Big Horn Mountains on the east and the Beartooth/Absaroka Range on the west, clear blue skies, clean air, a temperate climate, and loads of sunshine make the Western Heartlands Ranch a wonderfully refreshing place to own property. Offering a high desert climate, located in a low-snow valley with mild winters and warm, dry summers. Personally traveling most of the region I have found this one of the most affordable locations that is not over grown thanks to all the public land in the area. This public land adds recreation value for you and for others if you ever want to sell.
