Located right on the Hampton/Beaufort County line, this small wooded tract in Yemassee, SC is loaded with mature pine timber and big hardwoods. The majority of it is high and dry (planted pine area), and a smaller portion of it consists of mature hardwood swamp bottom that can hold water. There is access down a small dirt road which is a continuation of Railroad Ave N. This quiet parcel near the Combahee River basin would make a great bow hunting tract and should bear passage from plenty of whitetail deer and wild turkey. All vacant wooded tracts adjoin it with the one exception of the fenced-in Lowcountry Regional Water facility on the south side.
From Yemassee, take Railroad Avenue North, along the railroad, past the train station, for approximately 0.7 miles. The property is on your left, at the dead end where the locked metal privacy gate is.
