Gorgeous views from this fairly level building pad in in the middle of 40 acres of "black forest". Land was burned over in the McKinney fire, but has been released by Siskiyou Wildfire. It's pretty stark now, but you can see it once was beautiful and will be again. Well appears to be undamaged and septic has been buried, but should still be there. Condition of connections unknown and distance to power also unknown, but probably at the antenna shed where the road forks.
