Acts 1013 Ranch is ready for the Hunter or ready for your Hunting business. The ranch is stocked with a variety of animals with good cover. The lodging will sleep 13 with plenty of outside area to relax after a day of hunting. The work has been done on this ranch and is ready for your enjoyment or for income production.

Acreage: 214.152 acres. The ranch consists of 27 acres on the West side of Upper Brad Road and 187.152 acres for the main ranch.

Man Cave/Warehouse: This building is new and has 2-roll-up doors, two walk doors and an open concept kitchen and living room with lots of seating and tv to watch. A Full bathroom also is a great amenity in the warehouse. Also, a shed roof on the back of the warehouse that is great for equipment storage. The warehouse is approximately 2400 sq. ft inside with an additional 1040 sq. ft of covered storage behind the warehouse.

Outside Patio: There is a huge outside patio that connects the lodge and the warehouse that has a firepit and a hot tub. Great area at night to tell your hunting stories.

Fencing: The Main gate is electric with an automatic opener. The 187.152 acres is high fenced with galvanized wire and predator control barrier on the bottom. The 27 acres has a 4 fence with a pipe gate entrance.
