From San Saba travel north on Hwy 16 about 2 miles to FM 500.

Turn left on FM 500 and travel approximately 7 miles to CR 119.

Turn right and travel about one-half mile to the T with CR 117;

Turn left and travel about one-half mile;

Turn left on CR 121. Stay on CR 121 for about 6 miles until you come to a sign that says THW Ranch.

Turn Right on a private gravel road;

Travel about one-tenth mile and turn left on another private gravel road.

Travel about one-half mile to the T in the road.

The property is on the left at the T.
