The ranch has impressive Whitetail and multiple Exotics. The animals on the property include the following: Whitetail, Blackbuck, Axis, Scimitar Oryx, Aoudad, Turkey, Dove, Quail, Feral Hogs, Javelina, and other native species including varmints native to the area.

Water:

The House Pasture has both water wells and surface water stock ponds and holding tanks.

Topography & Terrain:

The ranch has a rolling terrain with a total elevation change across the ranch of approx. 180 feet across the ranch (2,090 - 2,270 of elevation). Native brush covers the property with some cleared openings for shooting lanes and food plots. You will find motts of oak trees, mesquite, cedar, and other known native trees and brush common to the Texas Hill Country. There is an ample amount of brush and cover for the animals on the ranch along with heavily covered hillsides and gullies to provide adequate cover across the ranch.

The ranch is in Sutton County. The Ranch Headquarters is 7 miles South of the town of Sonora Texas. Sonora has multiple restaurants, stores, and amenities to fulfill your needs, along with local sightseeing in the area.

Air Travel:

There are three Municipal Airport within short driving distance of the ranch. Sonora Municipal Airport (SOA), 8 miles from the ranch headquarters. Ozona Municipal Airport (OZ) 44 miles from the ranch headquarters, and Kimble County Airport Junction (KJCT) is 60 miles from the ranch headquarters. These municipal airports can land small planes and mid-size private jets. The closest international airport is Midland Texas (MAF) which is 2.5 hours from the ranch.
