The BCS, LLC Chenoa Farm consists of 60.71 +/- tax acres located mile South of U.S. Route 24 in Chenoa city limits. The farm will be offered in one tract, based upon tax acres. The farm is mostly tillable undulating farmland. With approximately 59.78 +/- tillable acres of primarily Chenoa & Ashkum soil types. This provides an excellent opportunity to own income producing farmland with developmental potential. There is open tenancy for 2024 crop year and no buyers premium being charged.
