The barndo is currently a shell that has a new masonry fireplace and very attractive folding glass door that yields a fantastic view across the peaceful valley. The exterior of the cabin has been repainted, and the interior has been gutted except for a bedroom and functional bathroom. Both structures were left unfinished by the owner so that the next owner can make the decisions about how to customize them. The barndo offers lots of possibilities for the next owner. In addition, there is a location with the topography to build a five acre plus sized lake on a drainage that shows evidence of substantial water flows after rains.
