There are several opportunities with this property. Of course, it could continue as a fish farm for years to come (equipment not included), but there are other options to consider. The ponds could also be used for crawfish production since theyve got the capability for controlled water and easy draining. The level-bottom pools are easy to empty with ditches surrounding them and drains on every single pond. Their slow grade makes it easy to drain specific ones or all of them.
