Wendy Wilson is the Leader of The Wilson Group. She is an active Real Estate Broker-Associate, Investor and Educator. Wendy and her team specialize in all phases of residential real estate including assisting clients with buying/selling residential properties, investment properties, REOs and short sales. Wendy and her team are forward thinking progressive real estate professionals who utilize the latest technology and employ business practices as dictated by current market indicators and trends to drastically reduce days on market for properties. Wendy has personally represented over 1,000 transactions in her real estate career. In addition, Wendy is an active real estate investor who has bought, renovated and resold over 325 homes while building a rental portfolio in Indian River County during the past two decades. Wendy was the Founder of RE/MAX Associated Realty, Co-Founder of IRC Real Estate Investment Association and has been on the Board of Directors and has served as the Secretary/Treasure at the REALTORS Association of Indian River County. Additionally, she is a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. She earned the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CSP (Certified Short Sale Specialist) and obtained 1031 Exchange Specialist certificates. While she enjoys the success of her real estate career, giving back to the community is important to Wendy and her team. Wendy invests her time and personal resources into organizations such as The Source (an outreach center for the homeless), the Homeless Family Center and the Hibiscus Childrens Center. As a fifth generation native Floridian, Wendy resides in Vero Beach with her husband and four children, where they run a small family cattle and equestrian operation. Growing up on a commercial cattle ranch has given Wendy a love for the agricultural and equestrian lifestyle which she is passing down to her children.
