Bermingham Plantation

Bermingham Plantation consists of one contiguous property located 13 miles east of the town on Union Springs, Alabama. It is 32 miles south of Auburn, 50 miles southeast of Montgomery, 40 miles southwest of Columbus, and 2.5 hours from Atlanta. There are over 750 acres of merchantable pine plantations and over 400 acres of mature hardwood. Neighboring tracts include Enon Plantation and other large acreage timberland properties. Bermingham Plantation is unencumbered by any conservation easements. A private gated entrance leads through maintained thinned pine plantations to the 3,547 sqft lodge. Constructed in 2012, this two-story 4 bed, 3.5 bath lodge overlooks the 14-acres lake and is the perfect asset to the plantation. There is an attached shop and storage area. A recently constructed 4,456 sqft equipment store shed includes a potential farm office.
