The mine contains an estimated eight to ten million tons of available high quality aggregate. Mining operations broke ground in the Spring of 2024 and are fully operational. The Colorado Mining Permit allows for very lucrative cement and asphalt batch plants to be operated on site. Three phase electrical power, a six inch natural gas line, and a city sewer line are already in place. New dump trucks, water truck, wheel loader, dozer, scraper, and scale/house to be included in a sale.

This property is surrounded by beautiful cottonwood lined rivers on three sides that provide for some very unique hunting and fishing opportunities.
