Big Branch Run

The ideally sized tract of land is made up of about 9 acres of old field with some trees scattered about it. The balance of the land is wooded with various ages of natural timber and Big Branch located along the southern end of the property.

The open land soils are good for crop production or pasture and wooded land suitable for both pine and hardwood timber production. An old home-site along Stafford Road has several old pecan trees around it. There are also younger pecans trees growing in areas of the field.

The property has over 1100 ft. along the Stafford Road. A 20 ft. access easement along the northern line serves the two tracts of similar size behind this tract.
