There is a well established road system that travels throughout the entire property, beginning at the entrance on HWY 211 and moving North. From the main road, there are miles upon miles of trails and 1.5 mile natural gas line that offers a cleared shooting lane. A small boat landing connects the network of canals meandering across the property. Open water areas offer incredible waterfowl hunting, all accessible by vehicle. There are islands of pine providing current timber value and hardwood bottoms of pre-merchantable timber. Equidistant from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington- 15 minutes off I-95 and Lumberton.
