Black's RV Park

Black's RV Park at the intersection of FM 2634 & FM 3248 near Lake Nocona. 13 total hookups and 11 cemented RV pads with individual water and electricity meters. Also, a 1096 sq, ft. building that was a cafe but could be used for multiple purposes. It has a cement floor, cooking area and restroom. The cafe area has central heat and air. There is an adjacent wash house with coin operated washers and dryers that requires a security code to enter. It is heated and cooled with its own unit that can be operated remotely. The metal storage building behind the cafe bldg. is full of old equipment that will be moved prior to closing. There are an additional three acres west through the iron gate.
