Multiple food plots and fields are in place here, and oak, persimmon, and wild pecan trees are scattered throughout.
An 1,100 square foot furnished cabin sits atop the old levee. The views from the screened porch are simply unbeatable, with Ward Lake being directly behind the house and Little Ward Lake to the front; it’s the perfect setting to relax after a long day of hunting. The cabin features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a washer/dryer combo to wash those muddy clothes after a successful hunt. The open-concept living area and kitchen has a brick fireplace as the focal point!
