Beautiful secluded 40 acres MOL that sits between Blue Mountain and 8 Mile Mountain in Latimer Co. Much of the property is bisected by Long Creek that has water most of the year. The property is accessed by an established oil and gas lease road. There is legal access easements in place for all of the properties except one. We are working to obtain legal easement for the last property.
