The property is located in good Mule Deer habitat as well as quail and the occasional
Aoudad. There are views of the Delaware mountains to the west and the Apache
Mountains to the southeast.
WATER:
Water is hauled to the ranch in a 500 gallon trailer and pumped into 500 gallon storage tank. The storage tank sits at a higher elevation above the camp, therefore it gravity feeds the compound. WILDLIFE:
The wildlife on the ranch include Mule Deer, Blue Quail, Dove and the occasional Aoudad.
TOPOGRAPHY:
The property sits at about 4,800 feet elevation, flat to gently sloping. Two big brushy draws, being Luckett Draw and Bronco Mule Draw, pass thru the property.
MINERALS:

highway 54 to east 9th street and turn right. East 9th street becomes F.M. 2185. Go past
the hospital and Culberson County airport and continue for approximately 11 miles. Then
go right on F.M. 2185 to the ranch. The paved F.M. road traverses the ranch for a mile
creating frontage on both sides.
