ACREAGE VARIETY: The entire property was planted in February 2018 to the Independent almond variety with a spacing of 21X 14 on Viking and Root Pak R rootstocks.
WATER: The property has one well with good quality production. This ranch is also in the South Sutter Irrigation District. (Water quality and production tests available upon request).
IRRIGATION SYSTEM: The entire orchard is irrigated with microjets.
