Walking the property in the spring and early fall, I’ve gotten the chance to see the amount of wildlife signs at different stages as a few pictures will show. Don’t be fooled by the size, this piece will hunt big! Three permanent blinds will remain with the new owners. There has been very little pressure each season to provide security for the wildlife. I personally harvested a Boone and Crockett caliber deer fall of 2022 within 1.5 miles of this farm. There is a lot of timber in this section and the abundant wildlife reflects it. Small cabin properties like this are extremely hard to come by and are highly desirable to a large audience.
