TRACTS 1, 2 and 3 constitute one farm that lies east of Williamsburg, Missouri.
TRACT 1: The smallest of all the tracts and consists of 20 +/- acres, it has frontage and access all along the north side from the highway, it is all open and currently being used for row crop production. The homestead located on the front on Tract 1 is not included in the Tract. I-70 is visible from the backside on Tract 1. The Montgomery County FSA Office calls for _______ acres of cropland. TRACT 2: This is the largest of the seven tracts and consists of 73 +/- acres with frontage and access all along the south side from the highway and CCR 1031 that runs up the entire east side. The cropland is currently being used for row crop production. The balance is wooded draws and waterways.

TRACT 3: Consists of 47+/- acres with frontage and access from CCR 1031 which runs along the entire east side. A large portion of Tract 3 is cropland that lies along the east side next to the CCR. The balance of this tract along the west and south sides is mature timber. The Montgomery County FSA Office calls for a total of 81.92 acres of cropland on Tracts 2 and 3.
TRACTS 4, 5, 6 and 7 constitutes one farm that lies north of Williamsburg, Missouri
TRACT 4: Consists of 30 +/- acres and is accessed from the south side off of CCR 184 over Douglas Street in Williamsburg. This tract is virtually all tillable and currently in row crop production with the exception of just a small patch of woods that lies in the very northeast corner.
TRACT 5: Consists of 41 +/- acres with frontage and access from CCR 1005 which runs along the entire east side of the tract. This tract is basically open and currently being used for crop production, the balance is in waterways and some woods in the southeast corner.
TRACT 6: Consists of 37+/- acres and lies in the northeast corner of the farm and joins the MDC Whetstone Creek Conservation Area on the north boundary. Tract 6 has frontage and access from CCR 1005 which runs along the entire east of the tract. This tract is basically open and currently in row crop production, the balance is in waterways, wooded draws and a patch of mature timber up by the CCR.
TRACT 7: Consists of 53+/- acres and lies in the northwest corner of the farm. This tract has frontage and access from CCR 1003 which runs along the entire west side of the tract. It also joins the MDC Whetstone Creek Conservation Area along its north boundary and Tract 6 on the east side. It has lots of cropland that is currently in crop production, the balance is in a wooded draw that runs through the west side of the tract.
According to the Montgomery County FSA Office Tracts 4, 5, 6 and 7 have a total cropland acreage of 129.52 acres. If the tracts go separately the appropriate FSA Office will make the final determination as to exact cropland acres per tract.
Tracts 5, 6 and 7 are tile terraced and waterways. There are no structural improvements on the property.
