PUBLIC AUCTION! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Wingard Farm, 149 acres located in Carroll County, IN. This property will be offered in one tract at the February 11th auction and is located 6 miles E of Flora or 13 miles NW of Kokomo. According to the local Farm Services Agency, the parcel has 145.11 cropland acres and the predominant soil types are Fincastle-Starks silt loams and Cyclone silty clay loam, both of which can be very productive (WAPI: 159.5 / NCCPI: 81.4).
