We will hold an Absolute Online Auction beginning Friday, December 2nd at 8:00 am CST and ending with a "soft" close at 12:00 noon CST on Thursday, December 8th. This absolute land auction is for 158 + acres in Carson County, Texas.

This is a very clean, flat, dryland farm located six miles south of Panhandle, TX and approximately three miles north of Conway, Texas off of State Highway 207. It is currently being rotated in thirds with milo, wheat, and layout.

There is an existing Wind Energy Lease with E.On. This lease will convey to the new owner.

There is an existing crop to crop Farm Lease dated November 17, 2015. The owner's portion of growing crops will convey with the sale. Per the Farm Lease, when this property sells, the Tenant has the right to complete the crop growing season, or may be reimbursed for his reasonable expenses by the Buyer, at the Tenant's option.
