ACCESS: County maintained road on west side, intersecting SH 270 which is just 800’ south.
UTILITIES: Electric, phone and propane are available. Rural water is also close but unavailable for hookup at present time.
USAGE: Pasture, cabin-sites, camping, hunting, hiking, atv, equine, cattle.
COVER: Mixture of open grass and scattered timber. The grasses are a mix of Bermuda and native.
WILDLIFE: Deer and turkey are abundant in the area and just a few miles to either the Wister Public Hunting Area or the Ouachita National Forrest. Small game is abundant. Fishing in area lakes and streams are very noteworthy.
WATER: Caston Creek boundaries the east side. At this time would have to drill a well for domestic use.
