The blueberry fruit is harvested annually. The blueberry & other plant's leaves are harvested to make specialty teas & powders. The property has 9 wells that irrigate the property with wobbler irrigation. The property has a 10,000 Sq./ft. greenhouse that is uncovered during the summer but covered during freeze events.
