The ranch consists of 827 deeded acres that is not all contiguous but in close proximity and in 5 separate parcels , 38.25 acres, 278.25 acres, 40 acres, 151.4 acres and 320 acres. It has historically been a cattle/hay operation with adjudicated water rights.
