Southern New Mexico Farm, located approximately 75 miles West of El Paso, TX.

Farm is on North and South side of NM Hwy 9, beginning approx 11 miles West of Columbus, NM. Farm is 5008 +/- acres including 700 acres of State Ag Lease. Currently has 3200 acres in Netafim drip irrigation including automatic disc filtration system. 20 wells and 11 filter stations. Two homes, large shop, multiple buildings, loading docks, approximate 114,000 bushel grain storage with elevator leg, seed cleaning equipment and related infrastructure, large office and scales.
