The area is very rural and travel time to the valley is just over an hour. The old market building will need a new roof. The property did have contamination from underground storage tanks from an old gas station that was once on the site but has undergone extensive cleanup and site mediation and now has a full clearance from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board of California.
