Country house in Historic Spanish Fort

This is a cozy house in the historic community of Spanish Fort where Justin boots was first started!! House has updated plumbing,electrical, and 2 water wells with one being a new 160' 25 gpm water well drilled this year all on a whole city block with over 29 Pecan trees and 3 peach trees. Fenced yard with beautiful flower beds and a concrete cellar that stays dry. Reverse osmosis filtered water in the kitchen as well and the washer and dryer stay with the house.
