This Ranch is located on the Southeast side of Travis Air Force Base and has good access from Creed Road.The Ranch has historically been utilized for livestock grazing. The Ranch is part of the Suisun Marsh Watershed and contains California prairie grasslands and vernal pools known to have Contra Costa Goldfields,Vernal Pool Fairy Shrimp & Tadpole Shrimp. Property has domestic Well for livestock, a Barn & a small set of corrals.
