It is a computerized float system with the 4 wells tied to it, along with two, 10,000-gallon, storage tanks housed inside a new barn.

Improvements:

The yard is permitted for 4,000 head with 4400 linear feet of concrete bunk and the eastern pens recently added. The growyard is constructed of 40 main pipe and cable pens, a new 4-bay commodity barn, a 40x50 metal shop/office, a processing barn, and a shed row horse barn. Automatic waters provide water for each pen and interior caliche roads provide stable access for feeding. The pond has been redone and is up to code with TCEQ.
