CRP Quarter With Class III Soils & Hunting Opportunities

Level quarter section of CRP is located in one of the best pheasant hunting areas in Colorado. Thick Conservation Reserve Program grass creates excellent habitat for upland birds and local wildlife. Currently, the CRP contract pays $5194 annually. It expires in the fall of 2022, providing the possible options of re-enrolling into a new CRP contract for a higher rate or putting the cropland back into production.
