The waterfront boundary has a heavy duty bulkhead boundary to protect both the land and the river from erosion issues. You also have over 250 acres of fertile tillable ground that is currently being farmed by a local farmer that rotates crops each year, mainly switching back and forth between soybeans and corn. The 275+/- acres of timber ground is a mixture of planted pines of various ages and a lot of different hardwood trees. These hardwoods existt mostly along the eastern side of the property from the northeastern boundary all the way south along Sutton Creek.

Improvements

As you enter the gate off Bundys Road, you drive down the private gravel driveway that runs along the Perquimans river.
