Cypress Springs Ranch is located in the southern portion of Central Texas, known as the Texas Hill Country. Bandera, Texas is approximately 53 miles from San Antonio and 118 miles from Austin. WILDLIFE:

Wildlife found on the ranch include Axis deer, whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, and other typical native species. The property has been managed under a wildlife management plan that maintains the wildlife exemption.

TERRAIN:

Upon entering the property from the paved county road, you’ll find level ground transitioning into approximately eight acres of gently sloping terrain as you descend toward the creek bed and cross the concrete drive over the dam. On the southeast side of the property, a scenic ridge stretches toward the back of the ranch, covered in mature trees and offering excellent building sites. Cypress Springs Ranch features approximately 700 +/- feet of both sides of clear, year-round Cypress Springs Creek. A well-constructed dam holds back an ample amount of water. The ranch also includes three permitted water wells, each pumping 17.45 GPM and permitted for a maximum of 12 acre-feet annually. Additionally, a windmill well supplies water to a small pond for cattle and wildlife
