Darwin Breeder Farm is a two house breeder farm located in the beautiful apple country of Gilmer County, Georgia near the town of Ellijay. This farm boasts spectacular mountain views of the Northeast Georgia Mountains and is currently in production with International Poultry Breeders (IPB). The farm does not have a dwelling but has plenty of room for a new home or a mobile home. This farm has 10+/- acres. The poultry houses were built in 1991 and are 40440. The farm was totally remodeled in 2020 and features all new state of the art equipment.

Darwin Breeder Farm is a bio secure area. NO VISITORS are allowed on the farm unless a PoultrySouth Team Member is present. All visitors to the farm will have to prove a down payment capability of at least $120,000 before visiting the farm. All visitors to the farm must follow Standard Operating Procedures from PoultrySouth.
