Deep Hole Tract

The Deep Hole Tract is located between Rome and Cartersville in Eastern Floyd County. It is approximately an hour from downtown Atlanta and only 30 minutes off of I-75. The convenience to Rome and Atlanta makes this tract a great estate home site or recreational tract. Access to the tract is via a shared easement road off of Bailey Road.

The tract primarily consists of merchantable pine plantations ranging from 19 to 25 years old with an additional 18 acres of 4-year-old pine plantations. There is also a +/- 36 acre recent upland clearcut. There is currently an active second thinning contract on the merchantable pine plantations on this tract.
