The Deep Hole Tract is located between Rome and Cartersville in Eastern Floyd County. It is approximately an hour from downtown Atlanta and only 30 minutes off of I-75. The convenience to Rome and Atlanta makes this tract a great estate home site or recreational tract. Access to the tract is via a shared easement road off of Bailey Road. The tract primarily consists of merchantable pine plantations ranging from 19 to 25 years old with an additional 18 acres of 4-year-old pine plantations. There is also a +/- 36 acre recent upland clearcut. There is currently an active second thinning contract on the merchantable pine plantations on this tract.
