Dry Hollow Ranch
Dry Hollow Ranch is a "boutique ranch". It's not a gillion acre hunting ranch, but the diverse terrain offers excellent hunting for exotics and whitetail. (No hogs.) All but eight acres are high fenced, so it's up to you what you want to stock. Currently, there are about 75 head of exotics, including Blackbuck Antelope, Dybowski Sika, White Elk, White, Chocolate and Spotted Fallow and whitetail.
The terrain varies from flat areas, to hills and valleys with plenty of interior roads for buggy rides.
The upscale lodge was completed in 2012 and is perfect for entertaining hunters or families. Two bedrooms, both have exterior entries. Three full baths. A killer kitchen with an extended "Come & Get It" granite island and granite counters. Custom hewn cabinets, stained and etched concrete floors throughout. Large stone fireplace, and lots of windows to soak up the views.

And MY OH MY the views! Some say this is THE best part...and you can see all the way to El Paso. You will be mesmerized by the ever-changing valley view for dozens of miles.
The lodge has a jumbo open loft which may be used as a bedroom suite (with full bathroom), or as a game.gathering area, complete with wet bar. Custom cedar stairs lead to the loft.
Outside their is a plunge pool with infinity edge along with a hot tub and various decks.
This is a one-of-a-kind property...the kind that sits on top of the hill and people just WISH they owned it as they pass by on the interstate. Yes, EZ access from I-10.
Also, there is an open barn, a fifth wheel pad with electricity and a well, plus several high-fenced pens with water (could be used as breeding pens).
