Eich Ranch

The Eich Ranch consists of 335 deeded acres located 20 miles south of Gering, Nebraska. The ranch has 50 acres that are tillable, eight acres in Alfalfa Grass Mix and remaining acres in pasture. The current owners have been cutting hay on the eight acres and operating a cow/calf operation with three pastures. There are two water wells, one being a windmill with tanks and the other well located at the headquarters with a pressure system for the house and two water hydrants.

Eich Ranch consists of an 850 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bath ranch house with newer Pellet Stove, new water heater, newer Propane furnace, 500-gallon propane tank, plus 520 square foot detached garage. Other improvements include a 1,500 square foot barn, 1,680 square foot grainery, 3,200 square foot Quonset, plus a 4,451 square foot butler grain bin. The Barn, house and garage have new steel roofs.
