The logs of the cabin were originally set in the mid-1990s the cabin has been finished to a very high standard. The never lived in 4-bedroom, 2 bath log cabin on 40 acres backs into the BLM with limitless access to public lands and backcountry. The cabin features a vaulted great room, custom kitchen, pine ceilings, and rock fireplace.

Out your front door, recreation is literally the turn of a doorknob away. ATV, Horseback, mountain bike, tour the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, fish Blue Mesa Reservoir located in Curecanti National Park, wet a fly in the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, or in Cebolla Creek all within minutes from your home.
