I received a BS in Agronomy from MS State University. After a career in the Ag Retail business, I made a career change to real estate 4 years ago. I have recently achieved my Accredited Land Consultant designation form the Realtor Land Institute, a national organization. To achieve the ALC required 104 hours of continuing education in all phases of land real estate and passing a national test. Also, a requirement for this designation was 10 million in sales and recommendations from fellow agents. There are 748 ALCs in the US. I recently completed my MS Broker license and I am an Associate Broker with Tom Smith Land and Homes.
