Heavily wooded residential lot 1.51 acres. All structures to be 100 square feet minimum with a permanent stem wall foundation. All out buildings to be new and placed to the rear of home dwelling. Wells and septic tanks must conform to minimum State Health Dept regulations. No building shall be located nearer then twenty-five fee to the front of property line. Minimum construction standards well be those contained in the National Building Code, National Electric code, National Plumbing Code and the ASHRA.
