Royal Springs Park is ten miles west of Fields of McAlpin. Here you will find a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near OBrien, FL. The large spring is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and rivers edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

Fields of McAlpin Estate V-2 is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property is mostly wooded in oaks and pines. There is a cleared area on the property about an acre in size. The property is located on a private dirt road and electricity is available to the front of property. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build your home must be a minimum of 1,000 square feet or larger. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted as long as they are 8 years of age or newer when initially placed on the property. Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs. Camping is permitted on a limited basis.
