The Main House has undergone a full high end renovation completed in May 2013 which includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with capability to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Custom features are granite countertops, commercial grill, Pella windows and doors, glass enclosures with marble and /or travertine in all bathrooms with heated floors and cast iron soaking tub in master bathroom.
The Tasting Room had a complete remodel finished in February 2014. Some of the features include custom copper bar, cork wall, barn wood caf tables, custom concrete basin, hardwood floors throughout.
Facilities include a wedding patio with seating for nearly 200 and with plenty of overflow standing room.

Currently the vineyard is approximately 3 acres with potential to at least double. Vines include traditional Vinefera varietals such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc but also have Hybrid varietals of Vidal Blanc, Traminette and American varietals of Niagara and Cayuga.
The property has an outdoor water furnace as alternative heat source, Generac automatic propane generator.
