Flatwood Farms 2

Flatwood Farm 2 is a breeder farm currently in production with Tyson. This farm consist of 2-40x600 ft. houses built in 2003 on 25 acres in Panola County. There is a generator, incinerator and 2 water wells on this farm and a 3 bedroom/2 bath mobile home.

When buying investment property the buyers agent, if applicable, must be identified on first contact and must be present at initial showing of the property listing to the prospective real estate investor in order to participate in real estate commission. If this condition is not met, fee participation will be at sole discretion of Mathews Realty. No visitors are allowed without being accompanied by the listing agent. These farms are in a bio secure area and protective measures must be taking before entering the farms. Buyer prospects must be pre approved with lender.
